I must say your comment re high level of customised wordsmithing in Pelligrino is somewhat from the hip given the methadology behind the figures and not much there PC could tamper with in the algorithms.  Not quite wet finger in the air from what I read.

The mistake back then was not the value but the notion that someone would buy bleeding edge GaAs IP from a uni  lab. At least until a potent customer made them mass manufacture it that is
