I think you make a good point, Ajit obviously is a well respected industry veteran and while some may question his value to POET over the last few years, he has NOT abandoned ship so to speak. It would appear he is moving more towards an industry advocacy role as opposed to having a more direct role in one specific entity. He remains a member of the POET Board of Directors. 

I guess my observation would be; how is or how will the relationship be with Lazovsky and Suresh. I just hope the oars are rowing in the same direction.
