I find Ajit's appointment as CEO of SEMI rather extraordinary.  SEMI is a very large and prestigious industry association and with Ajit's pioneering vision of collaboration and with his background in semiconductors & photonics it seems to be a perfect fit.  You never know about the future, SEMI may be a genuine benefit to POET, or conversely, POET a benefit to them....Maybe both.  Anyway, I don't think it can hurt.  POET is not just a product but a platform with many applications others can adopt and may need to.  SEMI has a long reach and will at least be knowledgeable of POET.  Congratulations to Ajit  GLTA  GT
