Well this ought to stimulate speculation, let me start things rolling with Suresh's feet are being held to the fire. Recently I stated that the appointment of DL to the Executive Chairman role would be an interesting change as it related to the relationship with Suresh.

Since Suresh came on board I'm not sure that we've seen a whole lot of outward support for Suresh especially given the lack of evidence to substantiate product development and other slip ups along the way. Having said that there have been a number of unforeseen hiccups that were perhaps beyond his control. Given that DL is a demonstrated results driven individual, this may be the start of "Suresh, get it done!!".
