All points well taken, but I don't see this as a conspiracy against the shareholder base, I just don't think they really care about their shareholder base which I am simply stating as a huge disappointment.

And, while the debacle surrounding the aforementioned Wavetek/Anadigics issues understandably may and likely did have an influence on timelines, there has been disclosure that many if not all of those hurdles (including the export licenses) have been adequately removed and dealt with.

What concerns me is their 'cone of silence' and the way in which communication in general has happened leans me more towards skepticism rather than optimism which is typically not my personality.

I truly want to believe that progress is being made on the POET front. We know BB/DL stuff will occur and is occuring, (thank goodness for the personal visit of Shash to the DL facility). But it is now time to demonstrate that progess IN FACT is happening and to share it in the public domain.
