Lumenge: I suspect there are lots of things happening behind the scenes for POET, but if nothing new comes to the forefront before the AGM, Suresh will have 78.5% loss of shareholder value, 46% realized dilution, zero POET products and NRE, a disastrous PO and a yet to be accretive set of acquisitions as his 2 year legacy.
