Guards went up a long time ago and there are a long list of shareholders on this board that are way under water and perhaps to an extent have degraded their lives as well. The direction taken by the Company whether it was or is the best or smartest remains to be seen. The decision was made and there was logic to the decision, as shareholders we live with it or bail out. If the decision was poor, then Suresh will have to answer to the BOD and it will be his legacy.
