Some people here are crying "oh, I did invest in POET, I do not want them to earn with DL/BB... Gosh, this is like crying: I invested in Apple because of their Mac, and now they are selling stupid walkmen and phones.

It's not quite that simple.   That isn't the story at all, it is what DL/BB has cost investors, and the still precarious financial position.   Some, most long term investors are not happy, obviously, and yes, it's now crying over spilt milk, but that is humjan nature.  Hopefully it will all work out.
