Thanks Shash.   When they can change the words from "would be available" to "are available", is the sticking point, of course, as you have acknowledged.    But it is encouraging and hopeful that they say they will deliver.

However, and I don't wish to go over the same old grounds,  promises aren't sufficient anymore, given the history, etc.    Much trust has been lost.
