No, I don't think so. Under "Accomplishment" we can find:

  • Thyristor Detectors
  • Thyristor VCSELs
  • HFETs
  • All on similar epi stack

Under "Milestones" those task are listed that are not yet accomplished. I understand that a subsequent steps that have to be gone one by one:

  1. Performance optimization of BICFET-based devices is what they are doing now. Once this is accomplished, they can work on a
  2. Prototype for AOCs, i.e. integrate the above into the same epi stack. With a working prototype they can
  3. Engage strategic partner(s) and later give them a
  4. Beta prototype. This will solicit feedback from the partner(s), which will be helpful in order to
  5. Target commercialization in late 2018.

At least that's my understanding. However, I might be wrong, of course.
