We could debate a whole slew of perspectives on the "value" of the technology being transferred........remember the $ value of the Denselight / BB Photonics technology that we acquired?

I'm hoping that economics (future supply & demand for applications & exclusive rights to them) might factor into the equation of figuring out the value of the technology and not just what Poet has spent on the development to date.
