This can't be the first time in history someone has ramped up production capability without a standing PO on record, but certainly some kind of agreement must have been made before proceding.

What are they waiting for?

Getting the right people in place?

Financing? Clearly to go into any sort of production run they will need operating cash, which they do not have, and this must be negotiated.

The market seems to be in a hold and wait mode...so the company is good at keeping secrets, so far..

I still think they know what they're doing, the BoD has been around the block a few times, but there has to be something soon...
