Do you think Poet has a Strategic Partner now (for the India RFP), but cannot divulge to the public?

I posed a question in the Off-Topic Discussion wondering if Poet is missing the VCSEL opportunity that is happening now - 2018 is the start of a huge uptick for VCSEL shipments.
