Since a) insiders have just bought and b) according to POET's response to IIROC not selected disclosure has happened, there's no material news to expect.

Having said that, unexpected events might occur and – if deemed "material" – a news release would have to be published within 48 hours. Of course there's quite some room of interpretation as of what is "material" and what is not. (I'd guess winning the Indian tender would be considered "material".)

Personally, I am looking forward to the Q4 financials aka annual report. It is due by the end of April, but I wouldn't be very surprised if it came out considerably earlier.
