Wow...here we are on the doom and gloom financing again.  Can someone specifically explain why several days of trading in the millions of shares, and an appreciation of almost triple the SP from a month ago leads one to believe a cheap financing might occur?

Especially in the wake of insider buying?   I don’t understand this logic.
