Message: Big Increase in Shorts

2Biezz: I don't understand  this eather...Why would a warrand-holder short the company??? They need a higher SP to exercise there warrants...or not?

That's no contradiction.

A warrant holder might expect a much higher share price in the long term (that's why he's holding warrants in the first place) and still expect a lower share price in the short term. So he sells short, additionally fueling the drop. If his speculation succeeds, he buys back the shares at a lower price and makes a gain. And he still holds his warrants for the long-term profits.

And if his speculation fails, risk is limited to the strike price of the warrants, as CookieMonster explained.
