Baba, I don't think anyone is debating that there would be a future financing. I don't think one person on this forum disagreed with this...well maybe a couple. It was the timing of the financing and the pricing that was up for debate. I maintain that the company was not actively seeking financing prior to the MOU. And there are reasons why I believed this. As per my post in early Jan there was an expectation that they would have enough news flow to get the warrants into the money and that was happening. I believe that in order to accelerate the development without giving away any of the technology when fast money was  offered by way of the bought deal they decided to take it now to guarantee that future growth would not be hampered by the uncertainty of relying on warrants to be exercised early. Something which I believe many here did not think would happen. Clearly there was a trajectory of warrants being exercised.

Said another way:

So on the one hand if you were of the opinion that no one would exercise the warrants early then yes you would probably be touting the need for a financing which a few were.

When the warrants did in fact begin being exercised I think people’s belief may have begun to change. So when the financing did happen it was a great opportunity for those people to say “I told you so” if that was their nature.
