My uneducated sense tells me that the talk about whoever is first wins and whoever is second ties for last with everyone else is incorrect.  I can't believe that one size fits all.  Our tech may work better for some uses/users and not as well for others.  

Again, we do not need a very big sliver of the market to be hugely successful, and not have to eat hardly anyone's lunch.

We just need a solid line of products out there, and for our R&D to continue so that we continually improve whatever it is we're doing, so as to protect and even grow that sliver.
