So what did you mean when you called people on the board cheerleaders? We are being realistic the same way that Suresh is being realistic in how he is addressing industry needs. And why on earth would you suggest that they would shelve the dielectric platform? It is what they are having success at and it takes money to do this. Again you have oversimplified what it takes. Suresh is a very smart man and you my friend are not being honest. 

A strong balance sheet is extremely important for exhibiting sustainability and being viewed as a reliable supplier or collaborator.

And as far as the financing goes this stock was trading at .21 one month before the financing. I think we can be thankful that they did not finance at that level or you would really have something to complain about.

Why would insiders participate when they have risk free options? It is because they have a very strong belief in this company and Suresh to lead the way with a technology that checks all the important boxes for wide scale application.
