And the share price was not trading at around a dollar prior to the .36 financing it was trading at between .70 and .80 in a slow decline. So once again a very inacurate statement by you Mazan that would appear that you are trying to make it look worse than it was! 

We definitely got taken down hard but just maybe it was financed at a level that was true value at the time given the inability to commercialize the GaAs without more time and money.

And you will note that no insiders participated in that fianancing. But they did in the last financing.
