DTM: If you have been an investor since hour one, then you’d know how drastically this company has evolved from the OPEL days.  The underlying value has always been in the science and the technology which is why POET managed to survive and pivot through the Sheldon and then Copetti era and into the Ajit and Suresh vision.

I felt like like last summer we were on our knees. A catastrophic financing, then the “shelving” of the VCSEL...but there was a reason for acquiring BB photonics and Denselight, and our board identified where the greatest immediate potential was in a multi billion dollar industry.   We’re the closest we’ve ever been, we’ve got the right people involved, we have a platform that is disruptive with big partners that believe in it.  

This might be the most complicated business there is.  Constantly changing, huge dollars involved, investors that sort of, but don’t really understand it fully.  That’s why the most recent CP deck is very encouraging.  It’s laser focussed, and easy to understand in layman’s terms.
