I agree with you on this. We have made comments where management's options are at $1.75 (or whatever), so they need to make things a lot better so they get awarded. OR, they can issue a bunch more options at $0.30 (or whatever), then get the SP north of that, and do well. That is, they do well, but what about the lowly retail shareholders?

Not too happy about this, just IMO, which means nothing to them. Also not surprised given past history. If they can turn the SP around significantly, a lot of this will be forgiven, however this has not happened yet. I sure hope it does, still missing my lunches.
