This is a publicly traded stock that by any and all metrics is an absolute dud. The tech may be there but beyond a couple signed pieces of paper, and a hiring frenzy - there is little to show for it. 

By all metrics (all metrics except for the tech which this board has more conviction of than the market and also the tech industry) management has also been an absolute dud for shareholders. Uncommunicative both for shareholders and also for the market. How many predictions has the board layed out over the past couple weeks of "news release imminent!" ... and where are they?$0.33 with dismal volume, more diluted than ever, few-to-no dangling carrots in near future, and management looking for more is where we are. Please apologists, let us know your thoughts...
