Interesting  oz, Fiberhome China, parent company to Fiberhome India investing heavily in India.  I thought China and India were arch rivals.   Appearantly not.  BSNL is state owned (India).  I do believe India is committed to bring the country up to its (full) potential. 

Also, Singapore ahead of South Korea, and Hong Kong?  Not to mention Japan?  I would say that is significant.  

POET knew what they were doing (those early, relocation years) when they positioned us in Singapore.  What can I say, it seems Singapore is the place to be and we are in the right industry to leverage the benifits.  BT
