Rainer I believe you have summed it up nicely.

Said another way "It is POET so it can't be real based on the history of the company". 

Suresh has been trying very hard to describe the platform in terms that lay people will understand and I have always believed that this was the key to recognizing the value. Even showing the actual 8 inch wafers with quad PIN detectors in place on the optical interposer. 

They have the cash they need and they have the agreements they need and the equipment has been installed and commissioned to build the interposer at a major factory with the processes that POET needs for the RF traces.  

They are very focused on the order of commercialization and have the partnerships in place to get it done.

Consider this: The effort by industry to build a monolithic optoelectronic chip was pretty much supressed by the view that it is extremely difficult with many concluding it can’t be done.

What POET is doing now is something that everyone in the industry understands and sees as a solution.

The market on the other is having a hard time accepting that POET has the solution.
