some ways to drive the price to warrant territory, thus reducing dependency on dilutive financing:

1) lift veil of secrecy on one or more NDA's.  This could happen if/when a specific development milestone has been reached with a customer, or as Lebowski suggests, a customer actually takes a stake therefore material news for both companies.

2) significant insider buying

3) an India deal actually materializes (yes, I'm not quite ready to call time of death on this one!)

probably stating the obvious, but simple disclosure of one big name customer may be all it takes to get things going.
