Poet Technologies’ share price may be a far cry from the relatively dizzying heights ($3.00) it reached a few years back but the stock has made progress this year nonetheless. The optical light source sensor company started to grow its top line in 2018, as witnessed by its latest quarterly report in November which saw US$907,000 in revenue, a 20 per cent quarter-over-quarter increase and close to 27 per cent year-over-year, while reporting its first orders for its POET Optical Interposer platform, with sales and development contracts estimated above US$3 million.
