seriously how can this be used against poet? It is completely out of their hands. Assuming they even bid. You can’t site this as an example of poor management or whatever your loaded point is. Until a decision by ISRO is made forget about it.

Not to mention that it was THIS BOARD that discovered the existence of the ISRO bid. If not for that, there would have been no wondering why POET wasn't winning it or commenting about their attempt.
