It's somewhat awkwardly phrased, Guernsey, to be sure, but I believe it to mean just Denselight's new owner, just one entity, or perhaps affiliated entities.

As far as why the potential buyer wants to remain anonomous, I think since the deal has a long way to go before it's actually done, the buyer doesn't want their competition to know who they are after. It may not be hugely important to keep it secret, but why not, it's easily justified in terms of securities laws.  I would also guess that any decent sized player that wants to know, will not have a problem getting the info.
