When it's not 100% clear in the PR, there is nothing left but someone's own interpretation of words and reading between the lines. With me the feeling remains that it is indeed a cozy relationship here, where more happens than you would think (and read) at first sight.
It has been discussed more frequently on this forum that it might be an option for a large customer or partner to take a stake in POET in order to make financing possible. Why should that not be what happened now, but with a detour via DenseLight? Maybe this whole deal is about POET and the Optical Interposer and less about DenseLight?
