May I tap into your corporate knowledge and also those with experience of the subject, to ask what would the factors be that would encourage PTI to pay a dividend.  Having divested themselves of the fab to become fab light, thus increasing their cash holdings and reducing burn rate, with the real prospect of one customer providing $100m and a real possibility of other similar customers it strikes me that the recent moves to become aim like in structure might make this a real possibility.  How? When? How much?

I know very little of the parameters involved.
