I may not understand the science because i'm just a cat, but I do know that the inability to find any partner to advance this GaAs technology after these many years tells me that industry just isn't interested.

Apple has looked at it, so has BAE, so many staff from GF they must know about it, ISRO has looked at it. Wavetek has seen it, so has Synopsys.

They even made a "Process Design Kit" that was claimed to be widely distributed (under NDA of course)

Even Suresh has told shareholders that the technology is shelved, but this board wont even listen to the CEO.
