One of the big worries here seems to be where we are getting financing ..well i personally dont think

that a possibility of a public financing would have been shelved if there was not other financing in place already......i mean can you imagine the repurcussions of having to backtrack and go for a public

financing at this point...would be absolutely disastrous...IMO
