There are several ways to finance debt. And there could be a number of combinations that will satisfy the need for funding without placing a lean or selling any portion of the technology ownership and without any near/mid term distribution of stock. The right combination with participation by insiders will provide a clear indication in the confidence of the company’s future to become a major supplier of optical engines across a wide spectrum of multiple applications.
