As for the credit, plain and simple it's the going rate.  I totally agree with Dash on the path to a sustainable stock price: Key Word for those playing at home "Sustainable!"

Once PTK Quantify's the Interposer and we begin to receive orders we will "Bounce." I will give those of other views one given. If you have a name like, Apple, Amazon, Facebook. Microsoft involved at any point in time, that will move the needle. However and I've said this many times before: Until Poet Technologies has Sales and Money on the books, Institutional Books will just stand by and watch. It's just a matter of time before the managemt group can let us in on the story. I feel it will be postivie and will get us to a viable product. I take no issue with the financing, it's a solid manner of getting your hands on capital without having to sell the farm. 

All in all I'm happy waiting until the we get "The Story" and it's closer today than yesterday.
