The bridge loan is an impressive statement of a reasonably high level of certainty that the DL transaction will close.  The Debenture, that's just a plain old good deal for those who can get in.  But it still represents positive sentiments regarding POET's future, unless those participating are selling their current POET shares to buy the Debenture.
