Just to finish that previous thought. If POET gets purchased which I personaly hope will not happen for a few years if  ever and the GaAs platform gets spun out before that happens  then the work on the GaAs monolithic platform could potentially continue under the spun out company (that we would continue to  own). Wouldn't that be something.
