i also believe as I noted here a while ago that the company at the latest will do what they can 6  weeks prior to the AGM let the SP run.. No authority for this but the "time" materials received by shareholders ... And prior to that "time" to allow the SP. to move up to a more acceptable level so the vote will be less of a challenge.. Might support my hypothesis of minimum 6 weeks.. But only a thought... tpower
