Good morning L...this morning's 2 fposts represented the high degree of critical thinking that makes this board the success it is,,,,

L regarding the observation that the other party may also need a special meeting I am of the opioion that if the other side is of the size referred to no need to hold a meeting for 30 million expenditure .... Not a significant ... The price of a small building...

So I think just Poet needs the vote as we are disposing of a major asset. A rounding error to major corporations..
