Well, while we are all speculating, I would have to think that paying 30 some million dollars for a small, overstaffed, under revenued laser company doesn't make any sense, unless the purchaser has seen a large enough potential with a real time OI prototype in existing products, the possible application in future products and the contracts for product manufacturing for POET directly, to make the purchase worth while. So, if the sale goes through, the tech must be real world ready and that means other customers in other verticals will step up and say me too!
