 I don't think POET would do a technology transfer with a Chinese company and I would rather not comment directly on who I think it is. It would  not  surprise me however if POET also planned to  invest in the equipment necessary to  produce the optical interposer in one of the buyers silicon foundries as I  believe they will continue to  have total  ownership/control of  the silicon/dielectric OI side without licensing (at least for now). Similar to the capacity that they installed at SilTerra.

I believe a very large and interconnected web is being established with multiple players.

Perhaps listening to the IBK CC that Rainer posted may provide some clues. I have my own conclusions on specific companies that I would prefer to keep to myself.
