I think we can be thankful that POET did not raise funds through the US sources. And so far it would appear that the money has been raised by a fairly small group of shareholders, management and IBK.

I expect the balance of funding is already underway with large funds that take time and will make their own determination with technical expertise and on site visit. Will this next round be available to the private investors? I don’t know.  We may not even know it is happening until it is closed? We will see. And yes the deadline is by the  end of  the month to  have all the  funding in place.

The buyer of DL and the conditions around the sale will also be available to us by the end of the month. I expect we will see a firming up of the price in anticipation of the announcement which I believe is going to create a lot of awareness of POET.

Options have already been issued which I believe is very telling.

It is going to be a very exciting time to  be a shareholder in my opinion as the big picture becomes clearer to  us all  including  industry.
