One of the statements I made was not accurate. In accordance with the conditions of the credit facility POET is now paying a higher interest payment as of May 31. The interest rate will return to  the default/normal  rate once POET has reached in aggregate US$5 million raised through the debenture, warrants/options, NRE?...etc.
