And - to complete the conclusions of Sula - let us look at the case where the OI would not have passed the qualification and the buyer would retreat:

In such a case poet would have to act immediately - informing SH, holders of the debentures as well as espresso capital. So far this did not happen, so Occam's razor tells me that all is on track.
