Exaxctly.  Well written.  As far as the silence on the OI progress it certainly has crossed my mind that the recent  delay may be as much about OI issues as any other theory floated out there. 

All purchase documents prepared, all "T"s crossed and "I"s dotted only the signatures remain to be finalized but not until perhaps the OI crosses last remaining validation hurdles?? Hence the delay to the last possible moment...
