Come on Bimmer, no one knows anything about what is happening, not even us, and we hold probably a third of the company.

Presumably the company is going to wait until the last minute, that is what every indication has led me to conclude.

Could there be another delay? Legally, probably not, unless the exchange gave out special exemptions. I was with another penny stock years ago and they didn't get their AGM together in time and they had to come up with another symbol as the exchange took their original symbol away...but it did continue to trade.

But ya, if a deal was close at hand maybe they could get an extension but I would guess that if it hasn't come through by tomorrow, it's not going to, at least with the current suitor.
