my point being, that if there was a problem with the deal, SURELY they would know it at this very moment. Surely the suitor would not themselves wait until the last minute POET has (for describing the deal to us) to tell POET all bets were off... Would POET not be required IMMEDIATELY to reveal this, rather than wait for that date (tomorrow as we reckon) to say something?
