What is far more likely is that this  group becomes shareholders of POET in an effort to protect their investment in DL. This is why I  brought up the potential for a listing in HK that was mentioned some time ago  when POET was entering that part of the world in a big way. As an alternative to  a NASDAQ without the need for a R/S.
