Sula, perhaps after my initial comment, you did not read the rest of my post objectively. LOL. I have no problem with the direction and bona fides of the company as presently constituted. I’ve always considered Poet to be extremely speculative and feel that it has been derisked to merely speculative at this point.
My criticism was directed at the way this board has handled itself going back the last seven or so years.
In broad strokes, I think over the years, the board (in general) has made some feel that Poet was a much surer thing than it is, especially going back some years.
A “whiff of arrogance?” Sure, I can see that as the result of what and how I write. “Strong desire to be right” - guilty, an acknowledged fault, and I mean that seriously. And (I’m merely poking fun at you here) one fault that you do not have based on your posts over the years.
Unfortunately, being “right” about Poet in terms of shareholder success to date will not make one popular on this board. I could have said “I told you so” far more times than I have, admittedly, implied it.
I do not disagree that now is a good time to invest in Poet, but not necessarily to increase what already may be an overweight position. If we get that money on October 31, we might see an increase in share price along a further derisking.
Anyway, I hope you reread my post to which you replied after reading this.
