Baba, that must be the case but what is bothering me is why is Poet being so lenient and accommodating when it has been stated that there are other entities interested in the DL deal. Once again the waters are murky and there clearly is a complex web of issues with this roadmap.

To believe that everything is okee-dokee is naive (IMHO). If Poet had other parties anxious to the deal then why accept these frustrating delays. At this point, I'm not buying the ODI thing entirely.

Either get on with it on the 8th of November or move along to the other parties unless of course we've been fed another line of chop suey
